1)  The section is centered on receiving patients

2)  Booking the patients for diagnostic investigation as specified by the Scientists or individual desire

3)  Dispatching of patients results

4)  Monitoring of patients waiting time.

ACCOUNT

1)  The unit receives payment for service and issues receipts to patients

2)  Works in synergy with the reception in compilation of patients bio-data

3)  Disburses money for utilities on approval by the management
